HYDOR TOWER: a new architectural concept for Visionnaire & The Longevity Suite

LUCA DINI Design & Architecture has designed a new architectural concept for Visionnaire and The Longevity Suite, redefining contemporary living through an integrated approach that combines architecture, wellbeing and longevity.
Developed as a scalable model for future residential and hospitality projects, the concept transforms the building into an active system designed to enhance quality of life, regeneration and sensory wellbeing. Inspired by the principles of environmental biohacking, the project explores how architecture can positively influence physical and cognitive performance through light, materials, air quality, greenery and technology.
The design language is inspired by natural systems and fluid forms. At the core of the concept is a dynamic façade composed of tubular leaf-shaped brise-soleil, conceived as both an architectural identity element and an advanced environmental device. The system modulates natural light throughout the day while integrating next-generation photovoltaic technology, contributing to energy efficiency and environmental comfort.
“The project was conceived as a living organism, capable of interacting with light, nature and human wellbeing,” explains Luca Dini. “Glass, transparency and reflection become tools to create a fluid and immersive spatial experience inspired by the movement of water.”
Designed primarily for coastal environments, the concept establishes a continuous dialogue between interior spaces and the surrounding landscape through large glazed surfaces, filtered façades and open visual connections with the waterfront. The architecture emphasizes transparency, natural light and perceptual comfort, creating immersive environments dedicated to contemporary wellbeing.
The project integrates luxury residences, hospitality spaces and a fully equipped Longevity SPA developed according to The Longevity Suite methodology, combining advanced recovery technologies, preventive medicine and personalized wellness protocols. Within the residences themselves, dedicated domestic biohacking and recovery areas transform wellbeing into an everyday living experience.
With this project, LUCA DINI Design & Architecture introduces a new vision of living, where architecture evolves beyond aesthetics and function to become a platform for longevity, sustainability and human wellbeing.
