La Spezia, May 15, 2025 – Luca Dini Design & Architecture has been awarded the Blue Design Award in the Water Leisure Hub category during the second edition of the Blue Design Summit, held in La Spezia from May 13 to 16.

The award was presented to Luca Dini, founder and CEO of the firm, for the design of Sindalah Island, a luxury destination in the Red Sea and part of Saudi Arabia’s NEOM project.

During the panel “The Island That Will Be”, Dini discussed the project alongside key partners including Technogym, Stefano Ricci, and Alpemare, who contributed to various structures on Sindalah and Shushah Islands.

With its soft opening in October 2024, Sindalah Island represents a new vision of experiential luxury, blending cutting-edge architecture and yachting design. The project reflects the Studio’s identity and creative spirit, shaping a bold interpretation of an ideal world.
